At Sports Inn, we sell shooting-related products, including pellets, with strict quality and safety standards. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery, and
  • The original seal is completely intact and unopened, and
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or video evidence.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided in any of the following cases:

  • The product seal is opened, broken, tampered with, or removed
  • Pellets or products that are used, partially used, or tested
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Requests made after 48 hours from the time of delivery

Important: For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, opened or unsealed pellet products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Inspection & Approval

  • All refund requests are subject to inspection and verification by Sports Inn
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any refund request based on evidence provided

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

Academy Fees

  • Shooting academy registration and coaching fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, unless a batch is cancelled by Sports Inn

For Cancellation

Academy Enrollment Cancellation

  • Once enrollment is confirmed, cancellations by the student are not eligible for refunds
  • Batch transfers may be allowed at management discretion, subject to availability

Product Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Sports Inn Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel:

  • Training sessions due to safety issues, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues

In such cases, a full refund or suitable alternative will be provided.
