- Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund
- Sports Inn is not responsible for injuries caused due to:
- Failure to follow instructions
- Negligence or misuse of equipment
- Medical conditions not disclosed by the student
4. Registration, Fees & Payments
- All academy fees must be paid in advance
- Registration and coaching fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at Sports Inn’s discretion
- Fees may vary by batch, course, or training level
5. Product Orders & Pricing
- Product prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
- Product images are for reference only; actual packaging may vary
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics or external factors
- Sports Inn is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events
7. Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are accepted only if the product is:
- Delivered in a damaged condition, and
- The original seal is intact and unopened, and
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Opened, unsealed, used, or tampered products are strictly non-refundable

8. Order Cancellation
- Product orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
- Academy enrollments cannot be cancelled after confirmation
